Underfoot Feel

The vibrant coloured section of the Nike InfinityRN 4's midsole shows off the extra support. A combination of tuned support and intentionally placed cushioning helps align your feet and ankles throughout the gait cycle.

A thick layer of responsive ReactX foam offers a lot of underfoot protection. The main benefit of this midsole foam is that it delivers lots of energy return - which should help you maintain your pace with more ease.

Additionally, the curved heel-to-toe midsole shaping rolls your feet forward and smooths out transitions.

Upper Fit

A unique quality of the Nike InfinityRN 4 Road Running Shoes upper is a water-repellent toe box. The main body of the upper features Nike's Flyknit construction - a soft and supportive material.

Extra midfoot support is delivered by a Flyknit fit band. However, an accommodating toe box should offer ample space for your feet to splay. 

Nike acknowledged that these have a snug fit. We recommend ordering a half-size up from your normal Nike running shoes.

Ideal Run Type

Consistent running at slower to steady paces is the key to building fitness. The Nike Men's React InfinityRN 4 Road Running Shoes are great options for these types of sessions. That's because the midsole should feel protective and supportive. 

As these offer additional support features, we recommend them for runners with unstable feet and ankles.

Sizing Advice

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
